The breakfast at the hotel's dining room on the 19th floor was excellent. We enjoyed the lactose-free option and the beautiful views. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the hotel itself had old world charm with modern conveniences. The staff was friendly and provided fantastic customer service. The location was also excellent.

The Bellevue Hotel, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt is a great 4-star hotel that is worth every penny. It is a perfect place to stay when exploring Philadelphia. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Additionally, we were able to conveniently park our car onsite.

The noise level was horrendous, the staff could not follow directions and the hotel is being renovated so it looks nothing like the pictures on-line.

Lovely historic and grand old accommodation

Excellent setting next to Philly nightlife, the Rocky Steps, and main sights. Top-notch, unique rooms with toiletries and high floors. Great to have a signature restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
